Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

Today Ally financial sent and order to - - repose my - Chrysler 300 it was parked in my Mom 's Garage. The tow truck backed into the garage to put the vehicle on the hook and my Mom was standing behind the car in the garage and he continued to back up, my mom could have been hurt. I still have not received correspondence regarding my account or their intention to pick the vehicle up. Every since I got this vehicle Ally has been verbal abusive with their collection practices and very hard to work with. I have been unemployed several time but I still have made efforts to make my payments.
