PayPal Holdings, Inc. Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Shopping for a loan or lease Minnesota
There seems to be an extraordinarily confusing relationship between three separate companies. They are PayPal, PayPal credit which was formerly Billmelater, and a third instrument which I now have which is Prepaid Paypal Mastercard. The point of primary confusion, I believe, is entirely intentional. As one jumps from webpage to webpage, sometimes the word " payment " is used in reference to what is owed to PayPal credit, and then immediately following payment refers to money being paid to the people from whom one is making a purchase. What happens, of course, is that the consumer assumes that a payment has been made to the store but in fact PayPal has withdrawn the money from the consumer 's own bank account and then after having left the consumer with a negative balance, pays the shop. The incredibly confusing website process shuttles between PayPal, PayPal credit, PayPal prepaid Mastercard, ahnd every other PayPal site, leaves one in tears.
