Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina
A notice of intent to repossess was sent - -, 2016 with date of - - for payment from ( - Byrider- CNAC ) car was a payment behind. The car was taken in the middle of the night - -, 2016 before said date without notice. Owner with the next morning - -, 2016 concerning car, information was given as to want was need to get the car back, the owner complied with the required funds and insurance need. Same day, lender made the owner belief he would get car back, but later came and give a knew requirement after the first was met. Owner had been in dealership all day and at the end of the day told him he would not get the car. The office staff did not communicated with owner properly which cause him great emotional stress ; owner request release of personal property which included his medication and was refused he became very upset and was told to leave the property without his personal property. Day two - -, 2016, owner call office concerning the car telling them he has the additional funds they wanted and was told he will not get the car
the owner nor his mother that he need a written notice to get the information and his personal personal items. Owner wanted his mother to pick up personal items because he did not want to go back to the office because of want happen the day before. Personal item was not release. One of the office staff waited until the manager had left and took the paper that was given to mother and destroyed them and refuse to release anything. The customer service and the manner in which this case was handle is not exceptionable. I was told by one of the staff member that - Byrider laws and regulation concerning consumer rights are different then other financial company. It is my understanding that the consumer has certain right also. The owner has missed two days of work because of no transportation.
