Refusal to provide refund I made a purchase using Paypal Credit. The merchant was - and I order - items and was supposed to receive them expedited. I filed a complaint with Paypal Credit case # - when I had not received my items in two weeks. About a month after the original purchase - sent me - items that were completely different than what I ordered. Meanwhile Paypal closed the complaint stating the seller had provided shipping information. I immediately contacted Paypal who told me that he correct the issue and I would be receiving a full refund of my -. That was over two weeks ago. Every since then I have been getting the run around. They told me that I needed to file a complaint about the company, which they never mentioned this during the initial call. I did so with the - Complaint Id : - and Paypal still closed the case. I have sent them several emails and have not received a response. I want a refund plus the interest I would have received if they had returned my money when I initially requested it plus the interest they are charging me on Paypal credit!
