I contacted the consumer complaint department for Security Fiance and they contacted the Regional Manager. I had missed calls from him so I called him back on -/-/16. I told him nobody could explain it to me and it sound like late fees was backed dated. He explain to me that some people do not understand how to explain it. Then he started in a firm tone. You are young woman and you are messing up your credit. I told him excuse me sir I understand, but I did not call for you to preach to me about my situation, because you do not know what have taken place with me. I told him I have been out of work for a year, and I have paid a - account to down to -. The Regional Manger stated that he did not

The Regional Manager threaten and stated he will put my account as a hard account. He threaten a deceptive practice because of our conversation. Yes, my account is late but I have been paying on it, and no further action have been made my balance left is a $170.00. He threaten me with a deceptive practice which I am not for sure how this can turn out what he may do with my account or have on my credit. I have made multiple payments and requested receipts to be mail due to me working temporary positions their office be close when I get off no receipt of proof showing my payments been entering. How do I know if the amount have not been adjusted without record of balance.
