I wrote a super check off of a credit card for $9500.00. My understanding was my monthly payment for the - month special no interest, time period would be a minimum of 1 % per month. If the balance was not paid for at - mo. end period, that rate would of course go up. I have called customer service - 3 times. First statement said my monthly due would be well over $300.00. The rep told me that was not true, it would be a minimum of 1 % per month. Another rep told me the interest rate was 23 %. Another phone rep told me it was actually 2 % per month. I went to a local branch to speak in person and was told they would help. I requested documentation. After a couple of weeks they sent me a copy of my check which I do not need. I asked for a
do that for big customers. Things I was NOT informed of in writing : My first payment was to be the 3 % transfer fee. That they can demand different amounts monthly without notification. That the entire amount would be due at the end of the special offer. These points were defined in my original paperwork, which they refuse to give me a copy of. Last but not least, was the rude way, my bank of many years, Wells Fargo, treated me.
