I have disputed with Penny Mac loan services on a mortgage note that was in mine and my ex husband name. We divorced in - and I have legal documents per my divorce decree that my ex husband was awarded the house and I would be held harmless from all the debt. My ex husband was in the process of selling the house at the end of - and he did not make the last - pmts making him 60 days late. Now it is showing on my credit. That was not my dept and I should not be liable. I was paying my own rent on time. I have no missed payments on my credit. I would like for PennyMac to remove this issue. I have made a dispute with them and they have denied my dispute. I can not get a loan from any - because it looks like that this is my debt and clearly is not. Please help.
