Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Mississippi

Tower Loan office in - and - Mississippi have completed illegal hard inquiries that has greatly affected my credit score. They did not have permission to complete the hard inquiries on my account, nor have I been into their office to apply for a loan since 2013. These illegal practices are an attempt to sabotage my credit history.
