On - -, 2016 I received an email that my computer was infected with a virus and I needed to pay to have it fixed by -. I used my Discover card to pay before I realized it was a scam. On - -, 2016 while I was trying to resolve the issue I was transferred to - because they said I needed follow up work. I paid $240.00 to - account with the same discover card. I did not give them the - digit security code on the back of the card. Neither company did anything but place viruses on my computer. I contacted viruses on my computer. When I contacted Discover on - -, 2016 to report the fraud, they said they would investigate the first incident on - -, 2016 and would credit my account for the $310.00 payment to - - -, but refused to take action to investigate or refund my money for the - incident on - -, 2016. I called Discover again on - -, 2016 to dispute the charge to - -.
