BlueChip Financial Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
I took out an online loan from Spotloan last year 2015 when I had a job. They were taking payments out every 2 weeks from my bank account. I lost my job and my bank closed my account. I am not seeing the default on my credit report. I received a threatening phone call yesterday from a guy named - - who stated he was with some liason company and that they were serving papers on the - of - and I needed to be home or at work between -. I needed 2 forms of ID and that if I did n't comply, I would go to court and jail. Gave me a phone number to call with a reference number. Was very rude and hung up. I called the phone number he gave me. The man stated it was from a loan i took out last year from Spotloan. He said I owed them. First he said -, then he said -..ONLY to be paid by CC. I looked up the number and it said NO number found that it was probably from -. -. That was the - guys # ... the other one is -. I do n't appreciate them THREATENING me like that!!! How can they serve me papers? I thought the courts had to do it. And I looked on my court records. Does n't say anything about being served. What can I do? It 's not on my credit report.
