1. I have a USAA MasterCard. USAA wants to switch to -. They have sent me notices that I can " upgrade '' to -. I have responded that I do not want to " upgrade. '' 2. Reviewing my account on line, USAA has arbitrarily opened a - account in my name. I do not have a new card, have not activated an account - but a new account is being shown as open.
