My mortgage company claims to be missing a mortgage payment from - 2015 that was withdrawn from my account $1500.00 on - -, 2015, I also made a payment of $3100.00, on -/-/2015, although I was behind those - payments would have had me caught up on my mortgage. I called to place and investigation and no one ever got to back to me, I have been having problems with this mortgage servicer ever since my mortgage was sold from - - -
