My mortgage company has been late paying my real estate taxes incurring late fees of $230.00. They have deducted - tax payments from my account totaling $2700.00 that have not been received by my town over the last 4 months which I consider missing. Furthermore they have removed over withdrawn my account in negligence for $770.00 above what was due by deducting an extra payment which is - of the - missing payments. A full explanation can be found in the supporting documents. I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with the company trying to resolve this matter to no avail.
