Have had routine issues with a paypal account with attached line of credit. Customer service is impossible to contact. Account has been closed and reopened without my authorization. History of unauthorized transactions on the account. I want all my paypal accounts closed, future account openings with my social security number block from their systems and all disputed transactions credited in my favor.
