Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Indiana
On yesterday, -/-/16, I spoke with a representative at Ally Auto in regards to getting a three month extension on both of my auto loan accounts due to me recently getting laid-off on -/-/16. She stated that I would have to pay 60 % of my monthly payment in order to get the extension. I explained to her that I recently laid-off and that I just applied for unemployment and that will not kick in until the next few weeks, which is not even half of the income that I was getting before. She stated that there was nothing else she could do. Three months would give me enough time enough time to find another job and catch up. These accounts are SCRA accounts and do n't understand how the representative could n't do anything else.
