I have a - mortgage, called an Equity Flexline account. For over a year, I have been charged a monthly " Past Due '' fee of $9.00. I have not made a late payment during this time. Every other month I call or go in to correct the error, every monthly statement shows the fee. I have twice paid the fee separately. I have - receipt showing the fee paid. I also have a statement showing the submitted request id # made to correct the issue.
