I have - joint mortgages ( I accumulated with my ex-wife of almost 20 years ) my credit report and I only own - home. On - -, 2011 I was amicably divorced without legal representation.My divorce decree clearly list - of the mortgages as the debt of my ex-wife. Number - was gifted to my ex-wife and there is a quit claim deed on file. I have no ownership and yet I am being held hostage whenever my credit is reviewed.
