Sebonic/Cardinal financial keeps delaying loan closing and asking for documentation I 've already sent multiple times. They then keep adding rate lock extension fees for the delays because they wo n't acknowledge the paperwork I 've already sent. Even after they have acknowledged that they have all paperwork, they come back with more questions right before closing and then use this as an excuse to add additional extension fees. They know that it will take me 30 days to get another lender to finance the property so I have no recourse, but to pay their increased fees or lose the house.
