Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

Reporting Inaccurate information on - Credit Report. Regional Acceptance account is reporting inaccurate information on my - credit report. They have on my - report that the Open date was on -/-/-. But on the payment history there are no payments reported from -/-/- to -/-/-. I have disputed this with - and every time they say this information is accurate. How can i have a car loan with Regional since -/-/- but the car payments i made to them are blank from -/-/- to -/-/-
