I have been working with PennyMac Loan svc on a Refinance They have been very rude to me and the numbers have changed every time that I have spoken to them. I do not understand why my closing costs changed from my closing disclosure dated -/-/2016 to my new closing disclosure dated -/-/16. Why are they collecting 13 months homeowners insurance now compared to only 2 months on my previous disclosure? My closing cash to close went from $790.00 to $1200.00 in less than 1 month
