Instead of getting assistance I was told by - - - - that my condition was temporary and they could not help me unless I had a - or a - - or was dead. They also sent someone to appraise my home which I was not informed about and was shocked when I received the information in the mail. - also said that I had equity in the home as if I could get a loan without a job, and was told I could appeal which makes no sense because they never tried to help me.
