PNC - - branch is billing me for a safe deposit box owned by my deceased mother. I am not the executor of the account and I was not one of the cosigners when she passed. They added my name to a document they sent to my local branch. Next to my name is the address of my brother, - -, who was the executor, POA, and cosigner for the -. My signature is not anywhere on the documents they sent., nor is my address. They added my name to documents without my consent. - - is bank manager whom I consider negligent and did not perform due diligence with this account, Initially told me I needed to provide a death certificate, even though they had on their files that she was deceased
