Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Having problems with customer service Tennessee

National Collegiate Trust has sold a student loan ( s ) in my name and has not notified me. Prior to being sold National Collegiate Trust would not work with me on a reasonable and affordable repayment plan and on 3 occasions, rejected my offer of payment due to the amount being too low. This organization is unethical and needs to be investigated.
