I am a - woman, who is a -. On - - 2016, I visited a branch of Valley National Bank located at - - - -, -, NY -. I went to discuss the possibility of opening up a teen checking account. The guy named - - - ( manager ) kept questioning me without any willingness to help and with obvious discrimination on my race and gender. He later rejected me rudely without giving me any reason.
