I was subjected to systematic and institutional - at Branch Banking and Trust. I requested copies of - checks ( i.e. made payable to - - - that cleared my BB & T Checking Account between - and - and bank officials refused to perform a search for the checks. After bank officials refused to perform the search, I received an email to bring money to any BB & T Branch in order to have the search performed.
