On - -, -, I visted the M7T Bank Branch located in - PA. after expecting fraudulent charges were made against my account. Initially the bank gave me a provisional credit ; however, on - -, - they reversed the credit. I was supplied with the name of the person who made these charges and immediately filed a police report, and supplied M & T Bank with the protection from abuse order filed on - -, - against the individual and the police report number. M & T will not let me speak to the someone in the fraud department, nor will they refund my money.
