I have been attempting to close a short sale for over 2 years and Roundpoint mortgage continues to stall and delay by asking for documents not needed or have been sent to them. I have had - cash buyers and the last - is about to give up. They send me confusing requests in the mail so I have to call them to find out what they need. I can not reach my account rep by phone and have to wait until call me. When I send them a doc ( by email ) it takes 3 days for them to read it.
