Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Mississippi

I got a car financed through Chrysler Capital i was told by the dealership i would be able to refinance my loan and Chrysler capital told me they never refinance. My car was - i have had it for 3yrs payn - a month i owe - on the car now and i have 3 more years on it. In all i have paid - dollars on this vehicle already and none but - dollars has applied to my account.
