Had a leased truck with boyfriend through Ford. We broke up. The boyfriend started paperwork to transfer the lease to his name only so I would be removed since we were no longer together. We were charged a transfer fee. He then passed away just after this was completed. Ford now acts like the transfer never happened and is looking to me to pay this. if the transfer was n't complete, they should refund that fee. I have asked for copies of the documents ( since according to them I am still on the account ) ... all documents including the transfer of lease forms. I received nothing. I was told my account was turned over to someone at ford and they would be calling me..i have received no call. I also receive no help from - - in - IL where this was purchased. The boys club does n't seem to want to respond to me. Paper work for the lease when we began this had to be redone 4 times with - at the onset.
