Credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem cancelling or closing account New Jersey
I went onto the Experian site to obtain what I thought was a $1.00 credit bureau report. Suddenly, I found out later that they tricked me into buying a monthly credit tracking service. I never intended to order this product. Nor do I believe it was made clear on Experian 's web site that I was ordering this service. Upon learning what happened after the first monthly fee appeared on my credit card, I immediately cancelled the product and demanded a refund of the one month fee of $21.00. The customer service rep and his supervisor refused to give a refund over the phone. I was asked to submit a written request, which I did, and was subsequently again told they would not refund the money. I can not accept this. I never wanted the product. If it was written somewhere on the Experian site, it was done so subtly that I did not notice it. I feel they tricked me into buying the product and spending this money and now you will not refund it.
