The loan was not paid off and did not close. When looking at my bank statement, - I found they charged my account an " Expedited Payoff Service Fee '' without my permission on -/-/16 and -/-/16 ... $30.00 each time ... they could have gotten this info for free but because they " Expedited '' it I was charged $30.00.
