I received, unsolicited, a letter stating " Based on a review of the information you provided, you have been approved for a conditional Trial Period Plan. '' I never applied for a plan and did not sign off on any plan. PNC 's attorney ( - - ) thinks I did but has not provided documentation despite repeated requests. I think this is a - to - homeowners into waiving rights.
