This complaint is related to my previous complaint which still are not resolved. The latest was # -. After systematic harassment since - of 2015 I and my husband of - national origin did not get our home equity loan refinanced. Today I received a bill with increased interest rate not reduced. Our rate went from 2.99 % to 3.24 %. You systematically indicate that the response is undisputed. It is disputed because we are systematically harassed and our application not processed.
