Conventional fixed mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting North Carolina

We have gone to our mortgage lender on several occasions trying to get a lower interest rate with no success. We feel that we are victims of predatory lending practices. We need an interest rate that is more aligned to the market rate. Our current rate with Citi is 6.64000 %.
