On - -, 2016 - - walk into BB & T in - Tennessee, she with drawer - from the bank. She ask for a refund on our account and ask for the account to be closed. The teller told her, she would checking to it. No one had called. We assume the account was closed. In - -, we found out the account was not closed, and because I am on my uncle account, BB & T withdrawer - from my uncle account. After try to explain to BB & T that we wanted our account closed and no one should have had access to the account. They said their is nothing they can do. It all bank fee,
