Navy FCU Mortgage department,
Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Credit decision / Underwriting California
Hello, I applied for a mortgage loan with Navy Federal Credit Union - and I pulled my Experian Credit report which gave me a score of - - based on this I applied for the Mortgage and Navy Federal is saying my score is -, which is not correct and they increased my interest rate by 2.625 % from their initially quoted website rate of 4.0 %, which increased my qualifying ratios and now I am not able to afford the house anymore. I feel truly depending on the numbers which may not be correct and not even matching with - 's report is not fair and which made it unable for us to be able to buy the home we wanted.
