They draft only the minimum again. They used a method for me to believie they will waive the balance due as a good customer. It was a marketing tacit for monthly payments. I requested spotloan via e-mail to draft the full balance to have them stop drafting my account with interest and fees. This process only get them ungodly interest and fees not going towards the loan.
