I had a loan for - from Mypsydayloan.com. On -/-/- I sent them a notice revoking ACH authorization because although I had already paid them - they still showed me owing a balance of -. The legal interest rate for a payday loan is - per -, which would be - maximum interest. This morning I looked at my bank statement and they have once again taken - despite my revoking my ACH authorization.
