I submitted a payment to Care Credit ( Synchrony Bank ) on -/-/16 in the amount of -. Prior to this payment I initially submitted the payment from a closed account and have been trying to get this fixed ever since. Once I made the good payment on the - I was advised by - the payment would take 7 days or post by -/-/16 at the latest date. On - I called and spoke with a csr rep about my available credit update. He stated it would be updated in 24 hours along with the - payment I made. On - my available credit was updated not the payment. I did an online chat in which the rep stated the payment would be released on -. Today I called to see what was going on and I spoke with " - '' again. She is now stating the payment will be released on - ( a saturday ). I said that made no sense and advised her of the transcript. She was adamant stating the payment was too large to release. I then asked her what was impacting my available balance. She told me a dentist office and to call them. I asked her for screenshots of the pending charge and was turned away again. She advised there was nothing she could help me with and continued to forward me to the " dentist '' office for the pending charge that was not showing on their system. I feel very uncomfortable with this agency which is formally GE capital. This is not the way a consumer should be treated.
