PNC Bank N.A. Bank account or service department,
Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Indiana
PNC Financial Institution does not follow customers banking preferences. They charge fees they do not disclose when opening an account through PNC. They will send transactions to debit from your account in a way that gains overdraft fees for their bank. PNC does not offer a valid email address to escalate complaints or to request reimbursement of charges made to the account. PNC claims to have rewards for using their debit card for various merchant debit transactions, but no points or rewards have been received by any PNC customers. PNC does not offer any type of resolutions to any discrepancies on checking accounts and customers can never speak to a manager unless you ask for a call back up to 3 days later. PNC will keep cash deposits pending for up to 5 days at a time. Payroll checks also remain in pending status for up to 5 days at a time. PNC has thousands of customers claiming to have money stolen from their account or money never showing up in their accounts. PNC will debit large checks from your account first and bounce several other small transactions or deny the small transactions if there is not sufficient money in the account. PNC will take this action against your preference to opt out of their overdraft protection. PNC has policies in place that allow them to do whatever they want and the government supports these actions to innocent banking consumers.
