BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

I tried to open a online savings account with them this year. They keep denying me an account. I gave them all the right information. I used to own a online account with them. I 'm not sure why they wo n't let me have this savings account. They once told me a the local branch I have to have both a checking and savings account. That stinks.
