I have submitted various complaint on a problem I am having with my mortgage company and up until today they have not given me a glimmer of hope as to what they will be helping me stay with my home, at this moment I have no idea what I 'm going to do I am in total disbelief that there is n't someone higher then them to help me out, Once again I was under the impression that if they would n't give me a solution you 's would help me get to the main source, I have a foreclosure date of -/-/2016 what am I going to do, I received a call from a - - were he told me that nothing can be done because the foreclosure day was going to be soon and they did n't have time to start the paper work this was Monday -/-/16 and you tell me that from then until -/-/- there is n't any time or is it that he does n't want to help I told him I was going to see what can be done and without any further word he just hung up and that 's it. I do n't want to continue complaining to you. Please help me find a solution to this because I 'm at a point that I think I 'm going to go crazy. Once again thank you and I hope something can be done.
