Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay
Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
My husband surrendered a vehicle that we jointly owned in his chapter - bankruptcy. Before his confirmation, I contacted Chrysler Capital to see if they could put me on a program to pay back the arrears while I continue making payments on the car. The customer service representative said that the trustee in my husband 's bankruptcy case has not released the vehicle from the bankruptcy yet. I waited another week until I called again, this time I was sent to the bankruptcy department. The bankruptcy department immediately told me that I had to give them $10000.00 in order to keep the car. I told them the vehicle has - miles on it and could they work with me ; they told me no. A week later, I get a letter in the mail stating that I had better give them $38000.00 by -/-/2016 or they will repossess the car. I do n't think that it is fair that they treat me this way, especially when I am trying to keep the only vehicle I have and protect my credit. Can you help me please?
