FORD Credit failed to post my payment of $2000.00 to my account. This check cleared my bank on -/-/-. As they use a reader/scanner to deposit the check there is no back image available from the bank. I had to FA- -not email ) a copy of check # - that has cleared my account on -/-/-. In addition I have had to attach the screen shot of my account showing check # - clearing my account. This check was mailed on -/-/- WITH THE PAYMENT COUPON ENCLOSED!! The call center refused to help without the back of the check. clearly I can not provide what does not exist. Given the lack of assistance I received with the FORD call center I will be moving this loan this week. I know I can receive decent service from my local bank.
