Spoke to Bayview, to asset manager - -. - - explained that after the one year of the forbearance term, the mortgage was behind $11000.00 and that it had to be modified. - - explained that in a few days I would receive a packet of forms from -, to contact them when I got these forms.

-Wednesday - - - On - -, - I received a letter from Bayview informing me my mortgage had been sold. According to the latest MERS record I received from Bayview in -, the mortgage owner was - Bank ; the new owner is " Mortgage Fund - - - '' address is - - - - -, MN -, phone listed as -. This address and phone number belong to - Bank. I searched the web for " Mortgage - - - - '' and its variations : no results. Spoke to the - State : no records Spoke to the - : no records for " Mortgage Fund - - - '' -Thursday - - - Visited the above address to find a corporate office building belonging to - Bank - Inside spoke to an information representative who searched their database using my driver 's license ; the representative ( - ) found no records with my name. -Friday, - -, - - Called the Foreclosure Dept. at - ; this number was given to me by - at the information desk in the hopes they might have more info. Spoke to - who transferred me to " - - ''. - explained they have no access to mortgage records of mortgages sold to other creditors, she suggested I talk to The Consumer Protection Bureau at -. Spoke to - at Consumer Financial Protection to whom I relayed my situation ; - explained the complaint submission process and how long it would take. I have not attempted to contact Bayview Loan Servicing regarding this issue of creditor transfer because they will ONLY respond to a lawyer and I have already incurred $2300.00 in legal fees trying to get information from Bayview in -.
