I canceled a transaction with Paypal and they did n't fully cancel the transaction. On - - I sent money to my wife using Paypal and canceled the transaction within 5 minutes. Paypal did n't cancel the withdrawal from my bank account. They allowed the money to be withdrawn from the bank and deposited the money into Paypal. A cancelled transaction should go back to the original state with the funds remaining in the bank not at Paypal. This is wrong and cost me - dollars in overdraft fees! The transaction ID is -.
