I was returning a call from my auto company AFS acceptance, I informed my rep - that I needed to make the payment on the last Thursday on the month I just started a new job and my pay dates are off now. I hope with my taxes I can get my payments back on track and not pay late any more. She told me she did n't want to wait for my taxes, I told her that 's not what I stated, I called to set up a payment and tried to repeat what I told her the first time. She told me to listen to her, I informed her it was my mom 's birthday, and I was on a - min break I just wanted to set up my payment she told me if she could n't talk she was going to end the call and hung up. I called back and requested to speak with a manager and asked them to cease all call, I got - calls the next day. I found it really rude that she got upset about a payment that was only one day late at the time, and for her to tell me that she was not going to depend or wait on my taxes when that was not what I stated.
