Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Ohio

I have a checking account and credit card with PNC bank. I have issues with both. The checking account has an overdraft protection account attached to it. PNC makes a habit of holding any payments made to the overdraft protection account to ensure that they can charge fees by processing any other transaction. PNC also did sell me an invalid cashier 's check and would not refund the fees incurred. That transaction wa cancelled due to the unprocessed check. These practices ought to be highly illegal and predatory. When it comes to the credit card account, I do not even know where to start. The proper question to ask is how come an account that is on automatic payments be ever late?


My understanding is that both PAY a defined amount at a specified date every month. Do n't take my word for it, English is only my - language. These SCAMS are the reason I m seeking your protection against this vile and low company. Did I mention I have been a customer since 2000?
