Incorrect information on credit report Public record Nevada

I wish to make a formal complaint about entry errors on my Credit Report. I wish the following entries investigation as I believe they occurred before my Bankruptcy filed - - - and discharged - - -. Collections : - for $290.00 - - - - - AZ - for $290.00 - - - for $250.00 - for $210.00 Public Record : - / Recorder Reference # - Filed : - - - Amount : $12000.00 I wished these entries investigated and removed from all - credit bureaus. I have a perfect payment record since my bankruptcy and I feel this is unfair to my credit standing, and these negative remarks of my credit reports does not truly reflect my credit worthiness to date. In light of this information, I feel all - credit bureaus should delete these potentially negative records to avoid further confusion to potential creditors in the future. Sincerely, - - -
