Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Arizona

I have sent notice to credit reporting agency that there is an error by - communications on my report. 1 ) I cancelled - due to poor service 2 ) - is an internet company that invoices month in advance 3 ) I did not pay the last invoice as I was not getting the internet speed they charged me for, and they bill in advance. 4 ) - sent my account to collections. 6 ) Not only is this on there once, it appears as a collection three times on my credit report. 7 ) I contacted - years ago about this, they did nothing. 8 ) I 've contacted credit reporting agencies, and I have heard nothing back. 9 ) This has affected my credit rating. I do n't feel I owe this amount ( about $62.00 ). And I feel all - these collections should be removed from my credit report. Can you please help me? Poor credit results in me paying higher prices for insurance and interest rates. How can I get this collections off my report? It was a prepayment and service was horrible.
